About Patty

From the Classroom to Closings

Patty Shropshire moved to the Charlotte area in 2005 after relocating from Rochester, NY. As a result, Patty is able to appreciate what both the North and the South have to offer. She enjoys working with local and out-of-state clients to help make their real estate dreams come true.

Patty is passionate about family and loves making new memories with her husband and their four children. She is equally dedicated to helping others find their ideal homes where they will be able to make their own life-long memories. Patty works extremely hard to help clients reach their goals of buying or selling with integrity, loyalty, and a commitment to excellence.

Prior to working in the real estate industry, Patty had successful careers in both sales and education. She earned her Master's in Education from Gordon College, one of the nation's premier Christian colleges located near Boston, MA. Outside of work, Patty is active in her church community and enjoys teaching, traveling, reading, exercising, cheering on NC State, and spending time with family and friends.
